What We Do
At Rayleigh Vineyard, there are lots of different opportunities for you to discover,
if you are thinking about making this church your home...
Our monthly group meets at 8pm near the Rayleigh Weir in Rayleigh, every second Sunday of the month. Come along to book club for lively chat, great company, coffee, cakes and of course, a discussion about this month's chosen book!
GLO stands for Girls Living Out - our girls youth ministry for those aged between 10 and 16. The group meets in Utopia cafe in Southend and is headed up by Faye Porter and her team. For all the details, check out the GLO Facebook page.
We run a weekly youth group for those in Secondary school. The group meets every Friday in Rayleigh Megacentre for fun and friendship.
Pizza, Wii, film nights, Weekends away, camping etc... are just some of the fun you can expect...
We have about 15 different smallgroups in and around Rayleigh, that meet weekday evenings and are open to everyone. Some of these groups have a particular focus, but at all the groups, you would be made very welcome and you will find coffee, cakes and community. For details about all the groups, check out our smallgroups page.
We run kids programmes both on a Sunday and at our Costa event once a month
We have a large team who are passionate about all the kids that God brings along, whether on Sunday mornings or during the week. We want Planet Kids to be a safe and enjoyable place where the kids and the team love to be - fun and exciting! In partnership with the parents and carers, we want to model Jesus' love to them.
...is our compassion ministry here at Rayleigh. We believe in taking care of the community - both our immediate, local comuunity and our much wider, global community. The stuff regularly fund-raises and is involved with projects, such as Southend Vineyard's Storehouse, Gift Hampers, Eye clinics in Malawi, Mercy Ships, Compassion, ...to name but a few!
